★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had phenomenal customer service. Although a fairly quiet branch, the quality of service is top notch.
I went to the branch without a reservation to see if I could speak to someone about my financials. Within 5 minutes I was speaking with Nadine who not only helped with my inquiries, but also gave options to improve my financial situation overall.
From my experience, this CIBC branch is both knowledgeable and empathetic to any customer.
While the pandemic is adding stress to everyone's life, this branch helped take some away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father had worst customer service from there … he is from South Korea but he can speak English he was trying to get some help from one of associate in this branch
But the associate pretty sure he is Chinese guy he was pretty rude to my father
I am going to talk to manager about him next time for sure
He is not willing to help he told my father to call customer number not come to the branch for this small issues
