★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having all my banking in this branch for more than 10 years. Gradually my disappointment developed in their capacities either due to changing staff or changing bank internal procedures or any other reason. With an income of more than $300,000 in a business account with me having %98 of the shares and the only voting share holder, they were focusing on my personal income out of this business. After having two mortgages with them with no delays in re-payments I had not option than turning to another bank for a house I bought recently. And now my son request for his tuition for being accepted in medicine and me as co-signer was again declined. I am thinking of closing all my investment, personal and business accounts in this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amidst these very challenging and extremely busy times for the bank our personal banker, Ben has been absolutely outstanding. He has gone over and above on multiple occasions to assist us with our investments and mortgages. In a most uncertain time Ben has made us feel as though we are his only clients giving us timely, solid advice and been extremely accommodating. Having people like Ben looking after our banking needs is what keeps our business with BMO and has us referring other people to BMO Crowfoot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a very long term association with BMO however for past couple of yearsI have been very disappointed with BMO services, especially their online services.
But it is quiet the opposite experience when I visited BMO at Crowfoot, Ben the Financial Manager went out of his way to help me set up my BMO accounts and transfer of accounts. He has been very patient, knowledgeble and very approachable. Would highly reccomend this branch for Ben's services. Greatly appreciate his comitment, an exceptional employee at BMO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never had I experienced such terrible service at a BMO branch. This is the second occasion that I have been set up with a personal banker and had an awful experience. I don’t know what kind of people they hire to be in these positions but never will I deal with a personal banker at this location ever again. Either they don’t know what they’re doing when I wanted to open a business account or they just blatantly made me feel stupid that I didn’t know about certain things regarding my bank account or judge you on your choices. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. This type of service is unacceptable and I am extremely disappointed in the bank I have had an account with for almost 20 years.

Was so friendly and extremely helpful where other people have lacked in either knowledge or care. Would recommend this branch and looking forward to my next meeting with Hongyang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend Bmo opposed to ATB or cibc. I’ve been with Bmo for a few years and when ever I have issues I try to call, but their wait time is always over 4 hours and they don’t do call backs. If you leave your name and number they won’t call back. It’s just bad customer service. ATB has always answered my calls with in 30 minutes and i don’t need to stay on the line
