★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lee at this location is very incompetent. I am appalled by this because apparently she is a senior employee with nothing to show. Didn’t book me in for an appointment and wasted my time both yesterday and today. I clearly asked her yesterday if RBC had a minimum balance account and she said yes. Why did the other rep tell today me they don’t. I am better off putting my money into crypto than to let a bank profit of me and MY money. Ladies and gentlemen trust the blockchain, traditional banks are evil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave a one star review here a few months back when I was upset that they didn’t do anything for me after I deposited a cheque through the ATM and my funds were held. But they’ve been pretty awesome since then and I also just go into the branch to do things now which isn’t so bad. They’re always super friendly and one day after the bank was closed due to a holiday they were super busy but they got through the lineup really quick. Very friendly and very efficient atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You cannot contact anyone. Can't email. Can't call branch. One general number answered down east. Takes 35-60 min to connect. Often put on hold as person wont have answer or not their area. They transfer you and you wait again.. 25 min then you are cut off. Or sent to a mail box that is full. deither disconnected or

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should be 0 stars. Utterly uselss branch. Payed a lawyer to depost a certified trusted cheque deposited for the sole reason to have direct access to that money, and yet this branch specifically put a hold on that cheque anyways and refused to remove the hold. Also increadably impossible to get a hold of, and when you finally do get someone on call, they are all fairly rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst customer service experience from their financial advisor Simranjit Rai. It took this lady forever to finish my application. I emailed her twice and left a voicemail to get an update on my application. She never replied. so I had to call a customer service. They anyways forwarded my phonically to her. And it took her another three hours to call me back. The application was denied and she couldn't give me a clear answer why. Very disappointing considering that it was time sensitive. Moreover one of the advice she gave to me was absolutory ridiculous considering her position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I and my husband had a very bad experience today with Cindy Tong Mortgage Specialist at RBC Royal Bank. First, she booked an appointment yesterday from 10:00 – 11:00 but she called me at 10:12 and she said that she had a training at 11:00 and doesn’t have time for a long conversation. Today the appointment was at 9:30 am and I gave her the call around 9:34 because she didn’t call. She started the conversation with a very angry tone and keep saying you don’t understand, and you can call my manager to report me. I told her I want to understand and not to fight please. She told me to go to another bank when I have my mortgage and everything with RBC. She was yelling and shouting on the phone the entire conversation and I am not sure is this RBC or another place because I am with RBC since 2010 and no one treat me badly and verbally abused me like this time. I hope someone can address this issue, so no one else can have this experience again
