Best service we've had in any Calgary branch. Tried the one in Harvest Hills. Don't waste your time. Worst service ever had.UPDATE JANUARY 2022. Changed everything to this branch. Met with Kevin premiere account manager. Excellent service. Very pleased

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrific customer service. I've waiting for 6 weeks to hear back from them. Called them 13 times, left 4 call back requests, spoke to 2 chat agents who both ended up telling me there's nothing they can do (so i'd need to call in), and then spoke to another chat agent who promised me my concern was being upgraded for a call back. Then this "Resolving your complaints" letter comes in the mail from them that tells how to escalate a complaint, but they don't respond to escalation attempt either. This company is a joke. 100% serious when I say that they are worse than the worst of the other 5 financial institutions I use.
