k	kathleen stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed that three out of four people who came after me when I was using the ATM machine were not social distancing and were not wearing masks at all. Young and more mature people alike. Perhaps they can have a staff member walking by the ATM machines once in a while to remind people. It is the least we can do to help contain the virus.

If anybody wants to get mortgage please DO NOT APPROACH CIBC Crowfoot branch. If there was option to put no stars I would definitely give no stars.

I went to verify one of my dormant account of Simplii Financial, which is under CIBC , the middle aged lady not even look at me and repeatedly telling me go and call simplii...when she can find out the solution easily. Worse customer service ever I experienced. I think they hire the cheapest people as their employees and let them misbehave with people. My recommendation try to avoid this branch.

I arrived 10 minutes early and walked into the branch and stood outside of the office of the person I was set to meet with. I stood there for a bit before a teller yelled across the entire branch at me: "Do you have an appointment?" rather than walking over to help me. I let her know I did and someone else came to help me. I mentioned my appointment was with Winnie Wong - I was standing outside of her office and she was sitting inside. Winnie was not on a phone call or doing anything, just sitting at her desk. She chose to ignore me. I waited until 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and left. My time is valuable and this branch simply wasted it. I will not return or ever bank with CIBC due to this horrendous customer experience.
