All that being said, had the burger for the 1st time tonight and I have to say it's the best burger I've ever eaten...and I eat a LOT of burgers. If you consider yourself bit of a burger connoisseur like I do, do yourself a favour and check this bad boy out. Get the cheese, bacon and mushrooms. The only thing that would possibly improve it, would be a fried egg on it, but it barely fits in your mouth as it is. You may feel like less of a man for ordering the cheapest item on the menu, but put your pride aside for a change and do this for yourself. You deserve it.

Perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, perfectly tender. Sides were pretty good but not stellar. They were exactly what I'd expect from a steakhouse. Dessert was just as stellar as the steaks. Huge portions and amazingly crafted. I'd strongly suggest one dessert between two people, way too much for one person. I'll definitely be back here again!

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and delicious food. One time we were here our steak was undercooked (closer to rare-blue vs. medium rare) and the staff took care of fixing it and even re-plated it with sides again! The server and the maitre de checked on the food shortly after to ensure everything was up to our expectations. For a steakhouse, the desserts here are also to die for!

My steak was cooked to perfection and my server Emily at Royal oak location was excellent. The atmosphere was very relaxing and beautiful. Will definately come back.

You can't put a few slices of sad tomato and cucumber on a saggy leaf of lettuce or boiled broccoli beside a good meat. Baked potato was very much home cooked style. For the money we pay, I'd expect a complete dish with everything well prepared including veggies. I give 3 star for that.
