★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchase cigarettes from here and its convenient having the various other items. I bought lighters, incense, snuff and vape stuff. They have a lot of specially items you can't find at other stores.
Friendly staff always working there and product is always in stock. Strongly recommend this store to anyone wanting tobacco products.
Check out their amazing cigars, best in city. I have been a customer since it opened and always found them to be trustworthy and honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stellar service. I have a cigar shop less than a minute from my house and I make the 10 min drive here for just the service. Once I had a pack of small cigars which were broken, I happened to have one left and told the owner about it over some basic chit chat. He went to his humidor and gave me a replacement. They took their time discussing lighters and so on with zero pressure sales. Really a great shop. Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with this store has never been a good one. The men are rude and only speak to the male that is with me. They also accused someone I was with of stealing an item. I'm sure they have cameras which I hope they played back to see the so called pocketing an item did not occur. No customer service skills therefore I'm rating a 0 stars out of 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service. I wanted to grab a cigar for myself and when I walked in, the woman who was running the shop was talking on her phone by the till. No greetings and no offer of aid until I was about to leave. Didn't have the brand I wanted, but did not suggest another brand or have any knowledge of cigars alltogether.
I can understand that the call may have been an emergency, but please take it to the back, or communicate with your customers, don't sit there ignore them and continue to chat away. My suggestion is to go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive and overpriced. Bought a 30ml bottle of vape juice and was charged nearly $30 for it. It wasn’t until I compared prices of the same brand online that I realized I paid at least an additional $10 than I should have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a new person to cigars asked for advice in the $15 dollar range was directed and encouraged to purchase Jose L. Piedra Cazadores Cuba absolutely terrible, no draw, hard/firm texture and very little flavour, will not be returning to this store.
