Cash withdrawals are only done through the ATM, they can only give you $225 in change (who carries THAT MUCH change??) If you want to break some bills and there is always a line up since it seems there are no tellers anymore. Looks like they are trying to step into the future but have taken a giant step backwards. I will avoid this branch just because it is a hassle.

I still can't believe a branch would treat there clients in such a way They were rude disrespectful I was a client for over a decade I will never use any Cibc service again. I am now a happy TD client now. With a bank account that suites my need better I guess I should thank them.

I am not just talking about average teller questions but dealt with importnant mortgage related matters. With a deadline that I well communicated with them, they messed up my case resulting in me switching out to a different bank and paying a fine. I wouldn't go to CIBC anymore and never this location. They hired an inexperienced staff with poor customer/client service skills to manage my file and that is just not acceptable.

E	EDDIE K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL TIME AND LONGER WAITNG TIME IN THIS LOCATION. Once again, recently I went to the bank for assistance with a change that happened to my account. A lady, with poor communication and customer service does not know what to do and continuously refers me to their online service. I asked to talk to another agent, and she brought another lady who was about to go for break. Together, they do not know how to assist me and again, they told me to fix the issue by myself online. I was so unhappy and asked for the bank manager’s phone number and left the bank. Later, the bank manager called me and solved the issue. I am CIBC customer for more that 20 years but now I decided to open another bank account with TD.
S	Shannon McWatters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marion is a terrible manager. He wasted my entire day because my driver's license was expired. I've replaced debit cards with no ID and much less harassment. Phone banking can now verify you with voice identity. I drove out of my way trusting that there was a branch there just to be stonewalled by Marion. He had interest in meeting my needs even though I was a customer since 2012 and there was no doubt to my identity
