Booked in at 10am but didn't see Tristan until 5pm. Although the system tells you how many people are before you there is no way of knowing when you will be seen. Also there were many people thinking there was a line up not knowing they had to book there appointment. Perhaps more clarity somehow? The salespeople had to explain the booking process too often wasting a lot of there precious time. Thanks again Tristan your service was over the top.?

Prior to Today going there was a nightmare, Constantly ignored & feeling like the staff just cared about selling the phone (when they decided to acknowledge you).. I meet Becca & Geron!!!! Wow what a great team..Becca listened to my concerns, immediately identified which phone worked best for me...She didn't care about the sale, She cared about what was best for me!!! What a sweetheart!!!! Geron was fabulous as well, offered to help Transfer all my of pic's & personal information To my new phone at at time just to help me.. Thank you both so very much...

Given the time of year, there wasn't a lot of color selection, so I had to settle for a blue phone with the promise of being able to exchange it for a white one, when stock was available. I needed something for under the tree! There is a 15-day window and I returned multiple times to ask about availability of a white phone, which I was told were in limited supply. I offered to return the blue phone and wait patiently until a white phone was available, however, I was told that the 'deal' that I received when I reluctantly accepted the blue phone would not be the 'same' when a white phone came in.....even though they are the exact same phone. What the heck does that mean? What does a phone color have to do with a mobile plan? I guess I'll have to formally complain. Oh well.

She was very knowledgeable, explained every step of the process throughout - in an easy to understand way, was friendly and handled the growing line of customers looking for help with professionalism. As a former Rogers area rep, I was impressed with her and the level of service she provided. She would have easily been a favourite rep in my territory! I will be sure to visit her again for any future cellular needs.
