★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We shopped at East Hills Costco for new iPhones. Bhumi is a beautiful lady, very eager to work and very kind. The other 2 men are totally useless, avoiding all work, choosing who to help. We used the ‘virtual line’ continuing to be #2 although we were helped by Bhumi!! Worked better for us!! Thank you Bhumi!!! Happy new year to you and your family!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, they missed details on the plan, told us certain items were included and turns out they are not, They dropped my phone on the ground doing the screen protector install and brushed it off as nothing. I had to insist on a replacement phone, several trips back to get the new phone data transferred. Just not a pleasant experience. Considered canceling my contract and probably should have, just don't want to have to deal with something that should have been easy to begin with. FRUSTRATED!!!
