I had a flat tire just after work, so i had a co-worker help me install my donut spare tire and drove it to east hills costco. It was 1 hour before it closes and i was amazed at how TEJ from sales and Darren from the shop helped me out in my situation, by having my tire repaired and installed even if i did not have an appointment and treating me well. Some other shops would have just brushed me off coz they are already almost closing and they are tired and cranky. But TEJ and Darren, are true professionals and they are very nice. And oh, by the way, they told me that on the donut tire we installed at the parking lot at work, it was installed backwards and in the wrong way, so it was not safe to drive. So in a way, they saved me for a potential accident if i drove home with the donut tire. So thank you TEJ and Darren for the tireless dedication. Easthills costco is lucky to have u guys onboard!

Like other posts this tire shop is a nightmare. I booked any evening appointment to get one of my tires checked for a leak. It took 2 hours before they told me that the tire couldn't be fixed. The head person behind the desk Nicole is incompetent. If your top person is competent you would not have 2 to 3 hour waits. I would have given this place a 0 however I wouldn't have been able to post my bad experience with this Costco tire shop. Avoid!!!

Only giving 2 stars because of the price of the tires were good. After the tires were installed, they called saying the tire pressure sensors were shot and it was recommend to replace them. There were no sensors in stock at that time so they said they would call me when they are in stock to setup a time to get them installed. A few weeks pass and no phone calls. I finally decide to call them and consistently get no answer. You can even leave a voicemail. I had to call administration and ask for the person at the tire center. After that I was actually told they don't hold tire sensors for customers, it's on a first come first serve basis. I have just wasted time waiting for a phone call that would never come.

To summarize : slow service and half decent work. I came in for an 11am appointment at 10:45am, and I got out after the tire swap at 1:45PM. It was really slow service and one of my hub rings was lost ($15 lost). Otherwise okay work quality. I would recommend buying your tires here because Costco price is still good but install elsewhere if you value time.

We booked an appointment to have our costco purchased winter tires changed over to our Kal tire purchased all weather tires. After having spent the afternoon bringing the car in they called us and said that because they view all weather tires as a "winter tire" that they would not change them for us. When we questioned them on it they rudely argued with us and offered no apology and their explanation as to why we were not informed of this "policy" beforehand was that they are too busy to tell people about it when appointments are booked. Thus we wasted our afternoon and received no service.

Unfortunately, my tire was completely flat in the Costco parking lot. They were able to take my car in immediately and inspect it. The tire was toast but they were able to remove the tire, dispose of it, and put the spare donut tire within 45 mins. They were so friendly and efficient, it really made my bad situation so much better. Thank you!

Terrible service. East Hills Costco. An hour after my schedule time, and my van is still not being serviced. When I asked the tire center rep, they snapped that they’re behind today and that they said that many times already. So I simply asked for a refund as I had my two young kids waiting with me there, getting tired. Even then, the tire center rep told me to wait for my refund while she dealt with our issues on her computer. When she finally spoke with me, she simply diverted me to the line up out front (not sure why she made me wait to begin with) where there was a long line for refunds of about 12 people ahead of me. More waiting. I always thought, it’s cheap, you get what you pay for. But really, price point wise, with rims, going to a local shop to swap tires, is about the same price anyways. I do not understand I go to Costco for tire swaps. I guess it’s a brand name and familiarity. Please reconsider coming to Costco for tire swaps...2 hours of frustration; how much savings is yours worth?

Biggest disappointment. I went to Costco to get tires for my vehicle. They were very quick at taking my money with the expectation given that tires would be there Monday morning. Install was booked for Tuesday morning. Received a call Monday not to come as tires were not delivered to store, bit likely to come in later in the day or Tuesday. No call back. I called the store Wednesday as I am on vacation and need tires before I return to work. After the phone ringing at least 20 times a lady answers...have to transfer to tire center. .another 50 rings before anyone answers. Nope tires were supposed to be on Mondays truck but still nothing...guy says if they don't come today he will have to call the delivery company. Poorest customer service ever....not to mention I have been waiting around my entire week of vacation not being able to go anywhere.
