D	Danny Mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a heads up for the food court operations at Costco East Hills. Normally enough chicken wings are sold that freshness is not an issue. Today I bought a bucket and all chicken was hard & dry obviously days old reheated several times. Perhaps gives these to staff free to take home not to paying customers.
V	Vanessa Burns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my preferred Costco location. Always seems to have what I am looking for well stocked. Is busy spot most days, but seems to flow well regardless. Staff is great but one issue that is have and do with all locations is the NON-STOP pushing of their executive member card. When you say no to the offer the first time they ask you........why you have to keep it up two or three more times. This is so so annoying to me.
T	Taryn Mendes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little frustrated with the return policy. I had purchased a diffuser set that came with two. I gave one as a Christmas gift and kept one for myself. Unfortunately the one I kept stopped working only after a couple of weeks. I was hoping to exchange it or be given a partial return, but was denied without having the entire set. Obviously I cannot take back the Christmas gift I gave so I was told I had no option but keep the defective product. Would have hoped they could have found a better option other than to leave me out a product and money but it is what it is. Just be mindful for others.

The last time I was hung up on, this is ridiculous considering every time I’ve been near the membership desk; there is more than one person. If they can’t simply pick up a phone and acknowledge that someone is calling (put them on hold if need be quickly) they need to not be on the membership desk as it’s an important area I would consider. Just trying to ask a simple question and no one will answer on May 22 2022 starting at 5:26pm and the last call was at 5:38. Not impressed as the last call I was simply hung up on.
K	Keverly Palomaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Standard Costco experience except the food service is exceptionally slow here. The food is good, hot and the staff are working very hard to serve it but it has been backed up on more than 1 occasion with a manager standing idle. Please, staff appropriately!
L	Lisa C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Costco with a Liquor Store, Gas Station, Tire Centre and warehouse. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Adam, in the electronics section. Lots of parking and clean, very happy with my visit. Went back for fuel 10mins prior to closing. (love that the gas station stays open an hour after Costco closes) The staff was awesome and even helped me fuel up. Great customer service, will return.
M	Mason Schall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big and large Costco wholesale might have it all and possibly in bulk. Huge warehouse with even bigger inventory form Electronics, clothes, food, cleaning supplies, tires and way more. Great for every time of year with every changing stock.
C	Cherry Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The East hills Tire centre is super amazing, I think suppose to waiting for one and half hour, but just only waiting for 45 mins to one hour. Also last time I changed my tire from other Costco, they didn’t wash my wheel, but this time I was surprised that they wash my dirty wheels, it seems like the new wheels. I really like their customer service, it was really friendly and kindly.
