★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are so rude and don't care about customer service. They don't take the time to explain new prescriptions to you and forget trying to call them to fill a prescription refill as if they answer they put you on hold for a long time and then it hangs up on you.
They will not fill a prescription if it is faxed over unless it is from a doctor's office and then you have to call them to tell them to fill it.
I can fax my prescription myself to any other pharmacy, like Shopper's or Co-Op and they will fill it no problem it without a call from me.pharmacy myse
