The gentlemen at Fair Deal Tire were prompt in addressing my concerns and had everything sorted in a timely and professional manner. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahmed is fantastic! Great customer service. I didn't make an appointment. There was 2 cars ahead of me. They have some drinks for sale inside and so I bought one and got some sun for a bit. Ahmed walked me through everything and explained every step. I had winter tires on my after market rims and my summers on the original rims so we did a double swap as i wanted my summers on my newer rims. I really got a fair deal here! Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They put a new tire on my rim without asking me if I wanted one. I have an all wheel drive car and the single tire they had would have been a completely different tread depth than the one taken off and the one on the other side, which can't be done on an all wheel drive car; the wheels need to spin at the same speed. Without asking, he put a tire on the rim that he only had 1 of, unable to match the other side so the driveline wouldn't be damaged. This place is run by amateurs. He didn't even see the problem. Don't come here. It used to be half decent, it isn't isn't that anymore. They don't have the knowledge to understand what will damage your car or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for tires, mechanical and oil change. I have been going there for more than 20 years and I don't have any complaints. I am writing this review because of JS review as I happen to be there at the time having oil change done.
Firstly the tire was used not new and yes it had more threads than the old one, having said that it is very hard to find the exact same tires with the same thread lying around. Unfortunately js didn't communicate well with what she wanted and she got the next best thing and finally when she told what she wanted and there was no similar tire in the shop they gave her the old tire and rim.
In all fairness JS didn't communicate beforehand what she was looking for and to complain when she got the next best thing is not right in my humble opinion.
