S	Strawberry Sunlight on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I did my first trimester ultrasound at 1301 bloor street west location, staff was very nice Caterina did my ultrasound, I liked her very much she was very kind and friendly, this is my first time when I felt so comfortable while doing ultrasound.
N	Natalya Email on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came at 4:13 pm to do an x-ray and was told that it is too late. They only take walk-ins and apparently you have to arrive before 4 to be able to get your x-ray. Horrible customer service!

I completely agree with the negative reviews, the receptionist are ok but OH MY GOD the ultrasound technician apparently doesn't know how to treat someone like a human being. She is rude and unprofessional, caused pain during an internal ultrasound and I told her that it hurts but she did not care AT ALL!!!!! I asked couple questions and she answered in a very rude way like “ask your doctor not me”. Just stay away from this place unless you want to feel violated.
J	Jay D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Courteous,efficient service on a walk in basis. Some times of day may be busier but I had a very short wait. X-ray technician was also pleasant and made the experience comfortable.

While I was waiting, she handled a very busy and demanding desk fielding both phone and walk ins simultaneously. One patient actually came to the wrong location and she called the correct location right away for them without being asked. The technician Lynn made my first time X-ray very comfortable. She was patient with my questions and explained everything slowly and step by step.

One time I mixed up the time of my appointment and came an hour later then I was supposed to. It was my fault, but the receptionist was so nice and she was able to find a spot for me to have an ultrasound done the same day as it was very important to me. I really appreciate her help and understanding.
