When I got there at 11am the receptionist checked her notes and I was asked to return at 4pm as they were booked up. I asked how they could be booked up if they were a walk-in, and was told that 5 hours worth of people had come in before me. There was no one in the waiting room. They had apparently, come in, MADE APPOINTMENTS, and left.

We're 18-months into a pandemic and the mammogram technician still doesn't know or can't be bothered to wear a mask properly. I was stuck in a small room in extremely close contact with a person without a mask. It's completely unacceptable. This lab should not be allowed to operate.
M	M ES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is very basic but it gets the job done. Staff made it clear over the phone that this is a walk-in and I decided to try my luck. There were a few people ahead of me and I was given an approximate time. Staff promised to call me if they could see me sooner and they did. I ended up waiting about an hour (didn't stay there, went for a walk). Both technicians, for x-ray and ultrasound, were nice and professional. My only comment is that a few hooks in the exam rooms for your jacket and purse would make it more comfortable.

This would be one of the very few walk in clinic which is great for people who need immediate assistance. Just make sure you go there early and have your spot booked. I went there around 9am and was called back for 11:30am appointment, so make sure you go there early. The technician was friendly and got the job done as required.
M	Melina Damian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on Nov 3 and had a smooth and excellent experience. I was told to arrive early because ultrasounds are walk-in only, so I arrived at 9:00. There were many people before me so I was told they could see me at 11:00. I went for a walk in the neighbourhood and came back at 10:50. The secretary was very friendly and calm, and the person who did my test was the same. I'm very grateful with the staff who helped me today. I definitely recommend this place. I left feeling relieved that everything went so well
G	Genevieve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Roncesvalles X-Ray & Ultrasound after Toronto West Ultrasound (around the corner in Parkdale) turned me away, because they could not accommodate my mask exemption. I called Roncesvalles before arriving and they let me know that it was walk in only and their current wait time was about 20-30 minutes. Upon arrival the receptionist, as well as the ultrasound technician, were friendly, communicative and understanding of my needs. There were only 2 people in front of me, and I didn't have to wait long at all. I am grateful for the positive experience after being denied care by Toronto West Ultrasound.
