J	Juan Zullig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called and spoke to someone who told me to be here 15 minutes early for a chest X-ray at 3:10pm. I show up at 2:45 and the receptionist cannot find my appointment and is looking at me like I have 3 heads and tells me that I have none. She did find my email with the requisition so fit me in quickly which I appreciated despite the initial attitude. I got called in almost immediately by the tech while still taking my clothes off. She takes my images and tells me I can leave but forgets to take the guard around my waist off so I leave the room with it still on. I go back in to return it and she just says ‘Oh! You’re not the first one that’s happened to today…’. Like it’s my job to remember to take it off… No apologies or good bye.
S	Sue on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ismail, Diane, Margaret and Cameo were caring, thorough, compassionate and attentive during what could have been a very stressful experience. They put me at ease. TCMI booked a mammogram/ultrasound within 3 days of requisition. Dr. Ismail himself came in to look at the ultrasound in progress on request of the technician. A biopsy was done 3 business days later by Dr. Ismail. I couldn't be happier about the very timely and caring service. I would definitely recommend this centre. Thank you.
M	Mickey Loop on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment time is +/- like a 20 minutes at least. So be prepared to wait even after you've made and confirmed a time. Front desk is actually a little rude. (Not to me, but i witnessed at least 2-3 customers get treated poorly in my opinion). They acted dismissive to patient concerns and seemed to constantly have a tone of annoyance. It wasn't a very pleasant experience to wait in line and witness 3 different exchanges between patients and reception go so poorly. Lastly, technicians honestly didn't seem very skilled/knowledgable. They struggled with my doctor's request which might not be super usual, but it also wasn't crazy. E.g. please ensure to also scan X. But it seems it wasn't a standard at the clinic so it was skipped. Honestly for a medical clinic I'd expect a little better. Things might get complicated or hectic but defaulting to a dismissive or checked out manner is far from the attitude you want out of medical professionals and support staff.
M	Max Lan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful service. My partner received a call the day of her appointment from the receptionist to move her imaging time to 4:25pm. My partner was completely accommodating for this request, however receptionist hung up immediately without even confirming the time or any additional details in the MIDDLE of the call. Absolutely rude and there are no excuses for this. We were both left confused on the appointment changes. Later in the day, my partner received a text confirmation on the rescheduled appointment. Upon arriving to the clinic ON TIME, she was turned away with the receptionist mentioning there was insufficient time to run her imaging that afternoon, given the clinic was closing at 5pm. Why move our appointment to this slot to then turn us away upon arrival? Very unprofessional, again - no excuses for this. Complete disregard for their patients, rude, and unprofessional. Avoid.
G	Grail Noble on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sylvie my technician was awesome. She was friendly, professional, thorough and even made me laugh. She put me at ease and gave me helpful information. If I could come back to her for every annual mammogram, I would. Thank you Sylvie for making me comfortable in a usually stressful situation:) The front office staff were also great and got me scheduled quickly. Highly recommend this facility and the service they provide.

Most of all I liked the specialist-Margaret that was doing the ultrasound. She acted very professionally, treated very respectfully and kindly. I had no stress at all, very satisfied and happy that I found thus clinic. From now on, I will come here only for my check ups. I highly recommend to visit this clinic! Thank you!

Everyone I interacted with there was lovely and very professional, and they made sure to schedule my appointments as quickly as possible. Diane was especially amazing. I had my first mammogram ever and she made sure to make me feel comfortable and at ease during the whole process. I would recommend this facility to others and would go back there should I ever need their services again.
A	Anna P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a reference note from my family doctor to get ultrasounds and after one quick Google search, I found this place. Requesting an appointment online was easy, I got a call back from the staff in less than two business days and was able to get the date/time I’ve requested for. If you are planning to get your pelvic scanned, I highly suggest you get this done first thing in the morning as you’ll need a full bladder for this type of scan. You are required to show up 10 minutes earlier than your appointment time to fill in a COVID attestation form. The receptionist will also ask for your health card. Checking in was a breeze at reception, the ladies there were friendly and attentive. Specifically for myself, I told them I needed to scan my pelvic ASAP because of the litre of water I drank prior to the appointment and they took my request seriously. In less than 25 minutes, my technician Margaret took me in and we got that done and over with in minutes. Another convenience for me was there were washrooms right along the hallway of the ultrasound rooms. I was able to run over to the washroom and relieve myself right after the scans. For one of my scans, my doctor received the results same day, staff here are fast and efficient and I really appreciate it. If you are covered by OHIP, the ultrasound services provided here are free of charge. I highly recommend this place, everything was spotless and sanitized. Thank you Margaret for taking care of me, I was somewhat nervous but you made me feel at ease during the whole appointment!
