A	Angelika Kocan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Office is open late and they are flexible with appointment times. I appreciate how they take care of all the insurance claims on my behalf, making each visit stress free. Good locations, easy to access by the streetcar. Underground parking is a nice perk. I've been a patient here for about 15 years now and I've had nothing but good and carefree experiences. Another nice perk is amazing viewes from their chairs. Unbeatable. I highly recommend.
G	Gorilla Whale Von Lebowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but praise for the clinic. I've been there 3 times now, but the key visit was when I had to have 4 wisdom teeth removed. Previously, years back, I was told by a dental surgeon (who was pretty awful) that to have them removed would cost way more than I could afford (I didn't have insurance at the time), and that I'd have to be put under, which I didn't like the idea of. Anyway, this time around I had the insurance, and there was no avoiding getting them removed as two of them were loose and causing me discomfort. I visited Queen Roncy Dental on the recommendation of my stepfather, and met with Dr. Dao. He suggested it wouldn't be that bad or that expensive, though I was skeptical. But, true to his word, when I actually had them removed he managed to do it all in under 30 minutes, charged me a fraction of what the other dental surgeon had quoted years ago (Dr. Dao knew I had a cap on my insurance and had a lot more work I needed on my teeth), and he didn't put me under and my recovery time was only a few days. Heck, I only used about 6 of the tylenol 3's they prescribed before I just switched over to simple extra strength tylenols. The entire staff is great, especially Bozena, the support manager. I could not rate this clinic highly enough!

Dr. Tan looked at it and was totally up front with me about my options. She said that the usual procedure would be root canal but that the tooth was a bit loose. She said there's a chance that it would have to be pulled in a few years anyway. Her staff are super friendly. The front office manager Bozena is excellent, friendly and takes her job very seriously. She worked hard to get me in as fast as possible because I was in pain. I'll never see anyone else as long as I'm in Toronto.

My experience here has been amazing. Every aspect of my experience at this office has been welcoming, comforting and friendly, and the work has been impeccable. When I reached out to this office to make an appointment, I was greeted by a very friendly and pleasant receptionist, Bozena, who worked with me to find an appointment that worked with my schedule. When I came in for a cleaning with the Dental Hygienist, Anna, she was very welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout the entire visit. Her work was amazing! When I had an appointment with Dr. Tan, it was the first time in a long time that I didn't require laughing gas in order to tolerate the experience. She is very knowledgeable and reassuring and I was able to relax. After the experience I received a follow up call from the office to see how I was doing and to ask if there were any issues after treatment (there were none). I'm glad I found this office and feel as though I've found the ideal dental team for me.

Bozena manages the front office and she knows her responsibilities very well and have never been disappointed when it comes to scheduling and seamless billing. Ana is the most amicable hygienist I have ever come across. She is highly experienced and is an expert at her skill. I am very thankful for the treatment my teeth and gums have received. I have not had much interaction with the doctor though she seems to be knowledgeable. However, I feel she treads on the side of perfection and utmost caution.

I went in expecting at least a 30 minute procedure but Dr. Dao did it in maybe 5 minutes or less. He was professional and damn good at what he did. He knew what angle and pressure to use. A complete expert. The staff here is wonderful as well. Don't let the rugginess look or the location of the building fool you, it's a trustworthy clean place.
N	Navid Samavati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone who likes to receive the highest quality and honest dental care. I have been seen by so many dentists over the years. Dr. Tan is easily and by far the best and the most caring dentist that I've ever had. Just this past time that she did a filling for me, I was feeling a bit of sensitivity afterwards, and she was so prompt in seeing me back immediately while accommodating my busy schedule (a rare thing in Toronto). She followed up with me the week after again (again a super rare thing to do by a dentist these days). Of course, all of this is not possible without the amazing staff. Bozena and the rest of the team are incredibly nice and caring people. They will do everything they can to help you in a timely manner.

We are very happy we made the switch! The staff are all wonderful.
