R	R A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a last minute medical emergency yesterday and needed an earlier appointment and they were so accommodating. My technician was professional, empathetic and very thorough. I have been to this clinic a few times and they have been consistently professional and thorough.
N	Nehame ;} on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there a few days a go to get an ultrasound and the receptionist was extremely rude as also mentioned by some people here who had similar experience. It happened not only to me but to some other people that were there as well, I don't understand why anyone is not trying to make the situation better. I dont know what her problem is or if she's on crack, the way she treats patients shouldn't be acceptable in any work environment. Overall the other staffs were good and it would be nice if the receptionist is a little less rude when speaking with patients.

The waiting area was clean and tidy. The Sonographers who cared for me were wonderful. They put me at ease right away and were very comfortable, confident, and competent in carrying out the procedures I was booked for.

T	Toronto's Finest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first ultrasound at this location yesterday and was (and still am) very pleased with the outcome. When I arrived, I had an extremely full bladder (if you know, you know lol) and was very surprised that the tech allowed me to use the washroom prior. This alone was a blessing as I drank about 1.5L before arriving. I was taken back for my ultrasound less than 5 minutes after checking in and my tech was so incredibly nice and made me feel at ease considering my husband wasn't allowed to join. I was met with a really good and positive attitude from both the receptionist and my tech lady and that made the blow of not having my husband there a lot easier to accept. They understood the frustrations of parents to be and didn't rub salt in the wound of emotions regarding it and I really appreciated that. The tech was warm, welcoming and chatted with me about everyday things while she checked up on my little one. Even though she wasn't able to tell me any specifics, she did let me know that there was a heartbeat and things looked good and I was beyond thrilled to even receive that news, as I know some offices cannot/will not disclose anything. I left here feeling pregnant and excited for the first time during this pregnancy and I can't even express how nice that was to feel for once. To the ladies who work here, thank you for being authentic and polite. I was extremely nervous and just overall thankful I was met with such kind spirits. I hope whoever owns this place gives everyone a nice holiday bonus because they truly do deserve it. I cannot wait to come back here and see my little one again!

They actually tell you what they’re doing as they’re doing it which helps, because as a patient you just want to know what’s going on. Space is also clean and not overcrowded which means they’re strict with the “by appointment” and social distance rules during the pandemic.

The person reception had spoken to me when booking offered me options for dates and explained how to prep for it. She was lovely when I arrived again and my ultrasound technician was very pleasant and professional also shared fun banter and was sensitive in terms of the procedure and explained every step clearly. It was clean and I was in and out so quickly!
A	Angela C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going for pelvic ultrasounds for 20+ years, and my recent appointment here was hands down the best I have EVER received. The clinic is clean and beautiful, the reception was SO friendly and welcoming! I felt like a human! My ultrasound technician (Rachel? I asked I hope I got it right) was so kind and sweet, genuinely interested in what was going on with me, which is a first in over two decades of pelvic ultrasounds. She was incredibly gentle and continuously checked in to explain and ask if I was in any discomfort. Because of my issues, she checked things that previous ultrasound clinics haven't! I mentioned it to her, and she said it is protocol for their clinic, with someone coming in with for the nature of my ultrasound, such an amazing thing to hear! I wish I had found this clinic sooner, I honestly can't give higher praise, on every level. Thank you so much.
