Since Dr. Hibberd left, this place has gone downhill fast. First, as a parent, I am livid that Dr. Hibberd left without informing us. We are a second generation family here and that was a disrespectful way to treat people who trust you. Second, the receptionist here acts like talking to you is doing you a favour. Outright rude. Finally, the orthodontist is awful. She’s confused, scattered, rushed, unsble to explain things well. It is not a good professional environment.

Doctor Nouri and her staff are friendly, professional and reliable. They took care of my whole family . They never hesitated to accommodate my kids when they need emergency appointments. Overall experience with docbraces is exceptional.

We just came in this office last Wednesday to have a consultation for my son. The staff and Orthodontist were friendly and very professionals. They explained well the options and outcomes. My son is very excited to start his treatment next month. I definitely recommend this clinic for their honesty and care.

Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly by medical β€œprofessionals”. It’s not that the staff is unfriendly. It’s their overall failure to communicate with their patients. I was having my braces done while it was still owned by Dr. Hibberd and frankly he did a wonderful job with my teeth. But after it has changed ownership I feel more like a science experiment than a patient. I do not trust these people to work in my moth. Ever. I left my appointment almost in tears over the frustration and pain these people are causing me. I used to look forward to my appointments to see what progress has been made with my teeth but now all I feel is this blanket if anxiety telling me β€œhow are they going to hurt me today?”. As a student, I don’t need anymore stress in my life. Sad part is is that this probably could have been avoided had they had a more knowledgeable staff that could communicate with their patients. I know they won’t fix these problems either. No matter how much they might say they will it’s a complete lie. I still have many more appointments I need to get though despite being told I’d have my braces off by November 2021 an honestly I feel at a loss. I never want to go back there again. I want to cry. Despite most of the staff being relatively friendly to me, when I interact with them I feel like I’m being talked down to like they think I’m just a stupid child who has no idea what’s happening in my mouth. I don’t know why I expected better.

This office used to be Hibberd Orthodontics and was organized, had knowledgeable and friendly staff, and always put the patients fist. Since becoming docbraces, I have had nothing but negative experiences. I have been rushed through appointments, the less than friendly receptionist has been rude to me, rude to other customers on the phone in the presence of patients, and just generally treats patients as if they’re a chore and she would much rather be doing something else. Since starting new treatment, mistakes have already been made and overlooked by the orthodontist, and the office no longer feels like a safe/comfortable space to receive orthodontic treatment. I highly recommend docbraces either re-trains or finds new reception staff, and seriously works on their patient care. Would not recommend this practice to anyone, which is a real shame considering how wonderful Dr. Hibberd’s practice used to be.

I had an incredible experience today. Reception staff is welcoming and accommodating. These people know what their doing and make it seem so easy! I had my consultation with Julianna the treatment coordinator. She was so pleasant and professional. Tess was very comical which made me so much more comfortable during my braces application. The 2 assistants were very nice as well. Dr. Nouri is very patient and takes her time when speaking to you. I can't wait to see my end result. I also love how there's a payment plan instead of having to pay thousands in a lump-sum payment. Thanks guys you're amazing!

This is a really nice office. They take precautions seriously, it's a clean environment with nice employees and i feel very comfortable there. The work they did on my teeth was shocking. At the end of my treatment i was a whole new person. Its incredible really. 5 Stars.

By far the best corporate orthodontic office in the city. I brought my son here to get a second opinion on braces. Another doctor told me that He would need to get about 2 teeth extracted in order to get a perfect smile. I didn’t really want to take out his perfectly healthy teeth and the doctor here said that it wasn’t necessary. The team is also very diverse and friendly which I love. definitely would recommend. the only con is that their not open on weekends but most orthodontist aren’t anyways.
