A	Aula Mens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 15 years of living in Toronto this is the best dental clinic so far. Dr. Irina is fantastic - she explains everything very well, shows things visually, gives scenarios and examines and decides on anything with much rigor. I never seen before x-rays to be re-done in 10 minutes, because she wanted to be sure in what she was seeing in the first set of x-Rays. She invest time and resources in you no matter how tight her schedule is. Dr. Dana is very warm and welcoming. She is also very proficient - she gets things well done fast with determination. I felt she does for me more than in my previous clinic in less appointment time. She also can accept you few minutes ahead of schedule if she can. Not like in other clinics where dentists might be taking advantage of free minutes between appointments or even being late to the room. She is very result-oriented and she knows what she is doing and she is really good at it. Laura, office administrator, never has moody or judging eye - she is always available, fair, clear, transparent, fast, logical and effective. Even if she on the phone she lets you know you are on the hook. She even directs people how to fill forms the way that would be easier and faster or take information herself from other sources in order to save YOUR time on this. Overall this clinic is well-built efficient mechanism with very well suited team. Should I even mention their advanced notification / communication system? What a breeze.
K	Keira David on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family initially was very happy with the dental care. Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems with the secretarial staff. They continued to make errors with our insurance submission. The first time I called I was told that it was not their fault. The secretary became irate and hung up on me. They later admitted that it was their error. I had to call for a third time for the same problem and was not permitted to finish my sentence and was told that I was a bad role model for my child. Very unprofessional and highly offensive. Due to the poor treatment of the secretarial staff we will have find a new dentist. Very sad because we were very happy with the medical treatment we have received. My son was upset at the comment made to his mother of course.

They walked me through everything they were going to do, were extremely friendly, and super quick! They made sure i was as comfortable as possible the entire time. The wait wasn't long at all either, I got in the chair before my dentist appointment was even supposed to start! I usually dread going to the dentist but this place cares so much. i would absolutely recommend this place to everybody and anybody, and i am going here from now on! when i came in for my consultation they even left me with a little care package! I wish every dentistry cared as much as this place does, i've never gone anywhere better than here! Thank you West Village Dental, you ROCK!

My interactions with both my Hygienist and my Dentist, Dr Triassi, were excellent. They were very attentive to my concerns and addressed them with the utmost professionalism. I would definitely recommend West Village Dental Clinic to anyone who wants an excellent service delivered. The Clinic is easily accessible and is located in a safe neighbourhood.

N	Natalya Molina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't have the best experience there, it seems that they were going through some issues and didn't have the capacity to accommodate me in time for an urgent procedure causing my tooth to break. I communicated my frustration to them and Dr Triassi called me to explain what had happened, apologized and offered reparatory measures. I appreciated very much his call and the apology offered. I understand that unexpected things can happen affecting their capacity to accommodate all urgent cases. However I did experience frustration about losing half my tooth and not being given a priority as a current patient. I won't be going back to them for further treatment but I do appreciate Dr Triassi's call and wish them the best.
