The friendly staff strive to ensure a relaxed and comfortable visit. The Schecter team of dentists practise a natural, preventive and least invasive approach to dentistry and teach preventative oral care to each and every patient. A total holistic approach to what we eat and how we care for our bodies in a whole health environment is an enlightening experience that everyone can and will benefit from. Highly recommend!

I would give anything to turn back the clock and not have had the work done that he insisted I needed. I had no complaints before I went and only went for a check up and ended up having my life changed for the worst. Maybe he improved with experience, but I sure wish I wasn't the guinea pig. One of the biggest regrets of my life.

I had no pain and discomfort. He and his assistant Lucy were very professional and pleasant. Overall very positive experience which is not so common when visiting a dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Mike.

I have been going for a few years now. 6 weeks ago I broke a crown (front tooth) that a previous dentist had done. I called schecter dental and they took me in right away and got a temp on me while they had the new crown being made. Today I got my new crown with a perfect matched stain to my other front tooth. They were patient and professional through the whole process. Definitely recommend!
M	Matt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist I spoke to was very unfriendly and not helpful. It seems they are always finding new ways to get $ out of you. Also, they are clearly not interested in having you as a patient if you don't have large insurance coverage.

I should also add I have extreme dental anxiety, I initially was a patient of Michaels but he has taken a leave of absence and Dr. Bertha is working with his patients at present. The level of care and compassion I received today was so amazing (and efficiency/quality of work) that I felt compelled to leave a review. Diane at the front; thank you for your humour and professionalism. Much appreciated. Thank you front line heros! Not an easy job! You do it with grace and aplomb during trying times! :)
A	Aryan Jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super shoddy job on my upper left molar, they filled one hole, but left a hollow area of the same tooth untreated, it broke the next day from their work, and now it's giving me problems and they refused to fix it or acknowledge their mistake. Once they have your money, they run.

The Regal Heights team was very compassionate from the front desk check-in to the dentist exam and cleaning. I felt heard and cared for and they made an uncomfortable experience as pain and anxiety-free as possible. I can't say that I'm looking forward to my next appointment, but at least I know that I'm in good hands.
