The coffee is really good and I'm glad to know and have this as a local coffee shop! In addition to the fact that they are also a bike shop!

Pat, Louis and the rest of the team have always been respectful and professional and are very knowledgeable in regards to advising what repair work needs to be done and the length of time to do it. They also provide feedback over the phone when the repair is finished and let you know of the work that has been done. Overall, a great shop that goes above and beyond which is why I use them exclusively for all my needs. Thanks for everything!

I found their prices to be reasonable and they were very responsive - I received my order within a week. My sense is that people there really like what they are doing and care about their customers. In the package, I even received a personalized handwritten card thanking me for my purchase and wishing me well. Wow!

I love this shop, it is staffed with kind people, carries the best brands in the business and has a range of products that tells you that the owners care about product quality and they love riding bikes for the joy and adventure of it. Mechanic service is exceptional and reasonably quick, I won't go anywhere else ever again.
If you're local, this should be your spot. If you're not, go out of your way to visit this place or buy online, they deserve everyone's business.

I felt like he really listened to my needs for the bike and offered great recommendations for accessories as well. The whole crew at the shop was friendly while I waited to pickup my bike.
