★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used car salesman tactics. Came in to buy a used phone. Gentleman was in an extreme rush to make sale. I made a decision to buy a used Google Pixel on trust alone (I had purchased electronics in the past without issues). When I returned less than 2 days later with a sim card not recognized error, he blamed the defect on me. Now I'm out 226$. If you purchase used electronics here, makes sure to thoroughly test the device before walking out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and overpriced. I had inquired about a VGA to DVI adapter. I asked if it was possible to return it, in case the part did not work. The man behind the counter declined, and said that sales for cables are final. He also chose to escalate, without provocation, that he "does not want to have a long negotiation", and asserted that it was unusual that I am buying a part with the intent of returning it!
Another computer store up the road on St. Clair not only stocked the same parts for almost half the price, but also made me aware before my purchase that there might be compatibility issues that I am not aware of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter purchased an accessory from here for her iphone. The product in the box was not correct. When she took it back, the owner gave her a hard time. I didn't raise any fools though so she stood her ground and insisted he do an exchange. She checked to ensure it was the correct product this time but, sure enough, when she tried it at home, the accessory was broken. She was told no returns. Unfortunately I had heard from others that this place is a scam but didn't have the opportunity to warn her. So consider yourself warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is small family own business. i have dealt with them a few times getting parts and assembling computers. Many things they sell are not returnable I believe so make sure what you want to buy is what you need. I think they are alright, is just that some people are really just bad people, like someone I saw coming back because he had paid to get a computer checked since it was too slow and it was still slow a week later, well it was a very old computer for what I saw,but I get it,some people don't know and they expect miracles without spending much money.
For sure some accessories they sell are overpriced, you can get them online cheaper, that's not why I have visited the store but hey if you can get what you need locally at walking distance without waiting days for it I imagine that has to cost more than if you buy it online. I can't say for sure that everyone will be pleased with their services, but I do know for a fact the owner has donated in many occasions older cellphones to homeless poor people in the community and that to me deserve w a 5 Star review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. He doesn't know how to fix stuff. The computer was checked at the apple store prior coming to this store. He couldn't fix the computer, he gave it to me back with the touch bar not working. I brought it to the apple store again and now they are telling it has liquid damage...
What it should cost $600 repair is going to cost me now $3,100 for trusting people that are incompetent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys did a great job. My computer motherboard and ram were fried from water damage, and they fixed it for a good price. Ended up buying a cpu from them too, as well as a good scrub down. Overall very happy. Sam was a great service man
