They both came into my work office to do a class on self-defense which was so fun and very educational. The class was a hit and easy to follow along. Carey comes with a wealth of knowledge and I would highly recommend looking into his services!

Carey Stone provides a good workout for physical health. Great place to visit. Awesome classes, caring and professional.

They have welcomed me and my business (we have music classes in their space) into their space, and have made us a part of their community. We are invited to events they host (including movie nights), and have worked with them now on a variety of projects that benefit us both. These folks live and breathe beyond their business, with the intention to improve their community through their work. Tiger Dragon is a place for Family and Community first, and being a Martial Arts Studio is just the way they build and contribute to both.

Sifu Carey and Sifu Lesley are fundamental providers of health, guidance and safety. They emphasize thinking about being positive, and having confidence, critical skills my tween-ager does not get in school. This is where you see people grow into themselves. Tiger Dragon is fun, attracts people that are supportive and caring, and any skill level is welcome. HIGHLY recommended.

His time there has not only had a huge impact on him personally, but on our whole family. The owners/teachers are a married couple who treat us like we're all a part of their extended family. They not only invest incredible time and energy into developing my child's skills and character, but they also continually show us how much they love him. I cannot recommend this kung fu studio highly enough for students of all ages!

While doing this research we stumbled upon the tiger dragon sign as we passed on a street car. We looked them up and setup a meeting with Sifu Carey, after which we tried a lesson and were convinced it was the place for us. It has a wide variety of classes and a great availability where you can use the space to go in and train on your own as well. This makes it flexible and able to work with all schedules. The gentle and specific guidance makes it a great place to train for everyone, whether you are a parent looking for your child to learn discipline and confidence, a young person looking for how to defend yourself, someone who wants to compete at high levels, or even an elderly who would like to keep fit.

In the months he's been at the school, I've seen his confidence shoot up - in all areas of his life. The teachers at Tiger Dragon are fantastic! They learn And work with their students as individuals - guiding each to recognize and use their own strengths in class - and well beyond.
