★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're looking to work on your fitness, whether it be improving your overall strength and conditioning, training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or learning self defense, you'll find everything you're looking for (and more!) at this club. I attended a women's self defense seminar and it was well-structured, knowledgeable and most of all, incredibly motivating and non-intimidating. Professor Gary and his team are enthusiastic and patient and the entire experience was fun. The gym is clean and well-maintained and you can tell that Professor Gary takes a lot of pride in not only the sport and the gym facilities but also in encouraging a friendly and welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really solid group! Affordable and no contract like a lot of the other spots. The BJJ guys Gary and Eder really know their stuff! and Danny the kickboxing guy I haven't trained with yet but he's the man! Super friendly and runs the place real well. Can train 7 days a week here for way less money than other spots. Bargain for high level training

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried 4 or 5 different clubs for Brazilian Jiujitsu and I find these folks by far the best. Started here around the end of February. Great vibe at the gym all around. Prices are more than reasonable and they actually post them online unlike so many clubs... The other people and the club couldn't have been more welcoming and the lack of ego is amazing. All the instructors are really personalble and knowledgeable. Also classes aren't overwhelming sizes, people know your name. Anyways,, I could go on but if you decide to go here regularly you won't regret it. See you there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always wanted to take up Muay Thai but never found the right place to begin the journey. Wolf is an amazing gym. The instructors take their time to insure your learning the correct techniques. This gym can be for people of all levels. Highly recommend. Danny is a great instructor. You will not be disappointed at W.O.L.F

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been going to WOLF for approximately 5-6 months now. Honestly, the best gym I've experienced in Toronto. I see it as my home gym. Both Danny and Gary are A+ coaches. They're both super friendly, skilled and helpful. All of the regular members are stand up guys as well and it feels more like a family than anything.
One thing I hated about the other gyms I was apart of was the fact everyone was stand-offish and nobody dared to speak to anyone. Not an issue here. I'm a talkative guy who likes to train hard and get to know my teammates. If you want to learn BJJ or Muay Thai, join WOLF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing place! I’ve been to many different gyms across Toronto but I’ve never come across such a welcoming and positive facility as WOLF. The people are amazing but most importantly the instructors are A1! Danny the head instructor is such an educated, positive and respectful man. His 1on1 sessions are solid and motivating and the skills/ knowledge he teaches are very in depth, always focusing to better you in the arts! If you’re looking to get on a good sweat and have a positive family around you, WOLF is the way!!
