★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist is rude when I was trying to get the number of my pharmacist so she can fax it to them. Now I remembered why I barely go to this clinic because of their attitude they should try to be more professional for godsake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience, the receptionist doesn't answer the phone.
When I was there I talked to the pharmacist about a prescription that I need, he was asking me a lot of things like if he could give a solution but he didn't helped at all. The receptionist was watching me from the other side even that she didn't approach to see how she can help me (she wasn't in the reception, she was out of doctor's office).
No customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst receptionist… Doesn’t answer calls at all, and when she finally answers, she had a poor attitude. She sounded very impatient… the receptionist just kept talking and talking and told me to “answer my question now” and didn’t let me speak… I will never come here again. no wonder why the place is rated 3.4. I have nothing against the place, but do fire that receptionist and hire someone that is responsible for your customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front desk has a very rude attitude and a strong accent. I have to keep asking her “sorry could you repeat that” but she was very impatient. This pharmacy is close to my place and that’s why I chose to come here, but now I’d rather go to some place further than dealing with her awful attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady at the desk laughed at me and offered no support. They say they are a walk in clinic but Apparently thier doctors are working from home. Dont know how that helps patients at all who are there for walk in services. They have a sign outside that says walk in. Maybe take it down. Terrible terrible experience and offered no options to help my medical concerns. Doctors need to be in office to be able to properly assess patients. Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this walk in clinic as well as the physicians. I had a fantastic first patient visit, both the receptionist and the doctor were welcoming and reassuring. It’s unfortunate to see the others that had negative experiences but from my perspective it was great. Definitely recommend for a walk in clinic.
