At first my family and I thought we were getting a great deal on our furniture. They had great prices for the amount of furniture we bought and it was delivered in a short time. When we received our furniture first the futon mattress was the wrong colour, that was not that big of a problem. When we went to assemble our kitchen table and chairs we noticed a problem, some of the pieces did not fit together properly and two pieces were fused together. I had called the man and later so did my husband to explain what happened. At first he wanted us to bring the defective pieces back, we do not drive and we are an hour and a half away by transit. Then he said he would send someone to come and put together a new set and take back the defective one. It took almost two weeks for him to come at 10 o'clock at night. All he did was pull apart the fused pieces and argue that if he was to bring a new one that it could be the same problem or worse. The piece that he pulled apart had cracked when we assembled the table. Nothing was resolved and clearly he does not care about satisfied customers. I would never buy furniture from this place again and the quality of the furniture is garbage.

Came across a good deal in mattress' here, bought one and within 3 weeks it was sagging in the middle, spoke to Asaf and he wasn't very kind or polite stating that he has sold tons of mattress' from the company (Sleep Inn Mattress Inc.) and never had a compliant. Basically putting it on me that the mattress was subpar. I wasn't impressed, I asked for a refund, receipt states (watch this) no refund. He did actually come through after a week or so of me calling him, and took the mattress to the factory to show them and after a night delivered another mattress at no cost. The second mattress did the exact same thing as the first within 3 weeks use so a refund would've been a better solution. I can't say that the fault is specifically with Asaf, but his cantankerous, defensive attitude didn't show a lot of understanding, after all I am the customer who dropped money on a poor mattress in his store. So in the end I am left with yet another poor mattress, after having waited 10 years to find the perfect mattress to replace my Sealy Post-o-Pedic which was perfect from day one for 10 years. My advice to customers, don't go to these independent little shops to buy anything of importance. Go to a reputable dealer who will honour your requests and not sell you subpar products with no refund hidden in the small print.

Owner and workers really care about great service, definitely recommend anyone who needs a mattress/couch, I was fortunate to get same day delivery.

Bought myself a brand new queen mattress from Ajay. He was very good and worked with me to find my perfect mattress. Needed the mattress delivered and he worked with me to have a later delivery time to accommodate my work schedule. Would shop here again and a good selection of other furniture

Good service, great selection and reasonable price. We bought a few items: sofa, rug, bed frame, mattress, bedside tables and bar chairs and we could not be happier with the purchase experience/delivery! Excellent staff, friendly and helpful! These guys were good! My bed frame got lost from Amazon. So I went here the guy delivered it the next day! Good honest helpful... If your tired of searching and just want it done! They can make it happen.

Open to changing this review if anyone from the shop gets back to me and offers some help/a resolution. Had this stool for 2 weeks and the top broke off: seems like the welding wasn't sufficient. I've emailed both the address on the receipt and on the Facebook page to ask if they can help with anything but no response.
