Butter tart and chocolate torte are marvellous. Croissant could have been crunchier but was still tasty. I only did not like the devils chocolate cake which was a bit dry - I had the last piece so maybe that wasn't fresh but all else was good. I will come again.

It's a cozy little oasis of excellent desserts The banana bread (3.85 per slice) and banana pudding (5.50) taste delicious but a tad too sweet The apple pie (5 per slice) is a revelation. It's one of the best pies I have ever tasted. The crust is perfectly flaky and the apple filling has just the right amount of sweetness The service is pleasant and helpful Can't wait to come back and try their other baked goods!

Ordered a chocolate cake with cream cheese icing for my partner’s birthday. I’m not joking here, this was one of the best cakes I have ever had. Not too much icing, dense and not heavy. Not too sweet. It was such a pleasure, and super easy going. Couldn’t recommend this place more. Thanks so much!!

This review is strictly about their butter tarts because we didn’t order anything else. They are SO good. We’ve tried so many of β€œthe best” (including driving small town bakeries in PEC) and this is better than most. Flaky crust that holds its shape with a molten barely-set centre. I would come back for these alone!

A sweet little spot! I got Grandma Mabel's carrot cake and a cinnamon bun: both were delicious and I'll definitely be coming back for more. The coffee was pretty good too, and the staff was friendly .

This is a popular place to get ice cream in the summer months, as there was a line-up there when we arrived and I was told by family that there is often a wait to get ice cream. There are also baked goods available for sale, though of the 5 or 6 groups of customers (each 3 or 4 in size) I saw on the day I went, everyone ordered the ice cream. The ice cream was ok. I was a bit disappointed as I had higher expectations from this artisanal ice cream. I had the sweet cream, which was smooth and creamy, but a little light on the flavour. My daughter's golden oreo was good for a small taste, but it would have been overly sweet for me to finish a whole cone (and for context, I normally enjoy rich desserts). My son's mint ice cream had a crunchy texture like ice crystals, as if it had melted and been re-frozen. I don't want to say that the ice cream was terrible, but I expected more and I've had better at other independent ice cream shops. I'd be willing to return to try some other flavours and they're baked goods, as they looked appetizing. Clearly they are doing something right though, as evidenced by the line-up. Your mileage may vary.

Yummy yummy baked goods... the ice cream sandwiches are good with fresh-made cookies and different pressures flavours of ice cream! The staff is really nice and are covid friendly. Only one guest or a couple are allowed in at a time and the entrance is accessible with flat Street and a door to open.

Probably my favourite cookies in the city ? whenever I have the chance to pass by I always get them. I recently also tried the brownie and pineapple mango coconut tart for the first time. Brownie was amazing and rich, but not too fudge-y nor cake-y. I liked the salt flakes on top. The pineapple tart was new and it was a bit too sweet and it broke apart easily when we cut into it so it wasn't sturdy at all, but the flavours and textures were good. The tart has no nuts in it, which we had to confirm since they don't actually make the tart themselves (I guess they source it from elsewhere). If you like butter tarts, these ones are super sweet, but I guess you're technically eating melted sugar so it should be expected. For people with nut allergies, they do have a lot of products that use nuts and there may be cross contamination, like they keep all the cookies in the same bin even when some have nuts.
