c	colin menezes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome Portugal bakery. There is a huge variety of breads in different shapes and sizes. They also have puddings and some special treats for special occasions. They have some of the best bagels I have tasted in Toronto, really big in size too. They usually get over quickly, so you need to be lucky to get your hands on them. Their whole wheat bread loaf is good and they slice it on request. I also tried some of their other breads which were all very good and most of it fresh out of the oven! A must try if you are in the area.

Their stew is so delicious , filling and well-priced, will definitely be coming back for some take-out when I'm too tired to cook :) Also got a very fresh and tasty loaf of bread. They also seem to have more selection than a few other Portugese bakeries I've been to, which I like. Although I came in late afternoon so most was already sold. Cash only but prices are damn good.

The staff is friendly and the coffee is good. It's a convenient spot to pick up a treat and coffee on the way to the park and pizza dough in the way back for dinner. I'm sold! The seating area is a little dated but who cares? It's not a place for a date, it's a place you grab coffee and a tart every Saturday for 20 years.

This was their signature sandwich!Half my sandwich was too tough to eat. I would not order here again. I would however return for bakery/buns because the bread was good (2 stars for the bread).
C	Clement Kent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fine local bakery/deli. A bit out of my walking range, but I've been dropping in for over 25 years. Friendly ladies behind the counter will provide great sandwiches or a breakfast you can eat on the bench outside during the covid times. Great local food.
