This is a phenomenal cafe!! The owner is amazing, and the homemade food is truly delicious.
Do you yourself a favour and try one of their sandwiches. They seem simple but they are hands down the best sandwich that I have had in Toronto. The ingredients are always fresh and they are made to order.
Iβm eating turkey and cheese on pumpernickel as I write this. It is so good that I felt the need to let others know about it. :) Coffee is great here too.

β β β β β The soups are SO good, plus gluten-free and vegan!!! Mei is a gem. I will be first in line to buy then peddle her first cookbook, for free, outside of Ossington station. Moved out of the area but I am still coming back - it's THAT good. And yes, the cafe part is great too - solid coffee and delicious lattes! (If the line from Bakerbots is too long for a drink, go here. You won't regret it.)
