I made an order for same day delivery and shortly after I realized I may need to amend delivery information as it was my intention to surprise my girlfriend with flowers. I didn’t know which one of two addresses she would be at so they worked with me to coordinate with their delivery service to help me out as best they could. I’m glad to say it was a success and I’m glad that they took the effort make sure it would work out! Thank you so much!!

Always extremely professional and helpful... they compose beautiful bouquets and have always worked with my budget and delivered on time, even in a snow storm and same-day when I've needed it! Highly recommend.

You could also say it is the always perfectly fresh and best quality flowers, the attention to detail, the beautiful care they put into everything, or even the way they personalize and remember what’s important to you. But I think it is how much they genuinely care about their customers’ experience, and moreover, their customers’ customers, who ultimately are the recipients. A florist who does their job extremely well makes the person who receives the flowers experience amazing, and there are many steps to make sure that happens and these guys take total care of them all.

She knows what flowers my wife does and doesn't like literally more than I do, which is handy. I get helpful phone calls a week or two before birthdays, anniversaries, and Valentine's Day (which is extremely well-appreciated). What prompted me to leave this review was that I was recently put in charge of getting the flowers for a funeral on behalf of myself, my four maintenance sisters, and my mother. As soon as I walked into the funeral, the first thing anyone said to me was how amazing the flowers were and I was even asked to provide the name of the florist. And, to be honest, the bouquet was SO much better than the other ones at the funeral. Unfortunately, so many businesses these days have been absorbed into giant corporations. It's nice to have a local business that I have a relationship with and that I trust, and Hill's is one of the few left that leaves me with that feeling.
