★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware!! Ordered a car here a year ago, then get told last week that I supposedly “did it wrong” and now have no order in, and at least a year more to get car. They’re taking my spot to sell vehicle for higher amount and screwing me. Take your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for my new vehicle for awhile. I wanted a pickup truck. I went to a bunch of different dealerships just to get someone to even chat with me. I appreciate when the sales reps come outside and greet you and chat with you it's very rare these days. When I showed up at Welland Chevrolet Buick GMC. I was greeted by Tyler. He was amazing, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I wish all sales reps were like Tyler and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service department. I would never recommend them. They lured us in by telling us we had a warranty coverage and the job would cost $100. We go to pick up our truck and they charged us $350. I will never take my vehicle here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with Jordan at Welland Chev was a very positive experience . Jordan kept us in the loop regarding our tagged vehicle we were waiting on. We ordered a 2021 Chevy Colorado which was our first truck and was sitting at the factory waiting for the elusive chip . After a few months of waiting we got an unexpected call from Jorden telling us a 2022 Colorado came in if we were interested. Well we are now the proud owner (or should I say leaser) of a 2022 Chevy Colorado midnight edition . We were so nervous about getting into the truck market but so glad we did. I am so happy with our new truck and the service provided at Welland Chev. Thanx for all of your help Jordan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ have had nothing but electrical issues with my truck since bought from thus dealer. They installed my brake controller and remote start and incorrectly. They said it has no warranty etc. Yet I've had two chevrolet dealers say they were both installed wrong causing me issues.
Never buy from them. they don't stand behind there own sales !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most worse place to buy a brand new car. just bought the equinox RS 2022. John was our sales rep our financing was 2.9% unfortunately we had to wait for our car because of ordering in our car we waited 2 months for as we were waiting by the time it came in the price went up than what we agreed on we couldn't figure out why until Bonnie told us that we had to sign a contract to lock us in that deal for 2.9% so as it stands they did nothing for us to fix that because of Johns screw up that we had no idea about this was the worst experience to buy a brand new car for the first time plus we had a discount with general motors we were quoated $2800 and that price went down too. Not cool on their part so if you buy a brand new car from them be careful and make sure your getting for the price that they quoted you for it.
