Spent $100+ for cold food and there was $25 of alcohol missing from order. I called the store SIX TIMES with no answer. I called corporate. They had me on hold for 10 minutes while they attempted to contact the store. Still no answer. Corporate told me they left a note for the store and that they (or corporate) would call me back. I waited another 10 minutes before driving down to the store. Inside, no phone ringing, a few people standing around. A nice lady I've seen a few times at the front helped me and went to go speak to their manager in the Managers Office. About 8 minutes later the nice lady at the front found the missing alcohol. Do you think the manager could be bothered to come out of their office to address the issue, or you know, apologize? Nope! Hid in their office like a coward the whole time. TERRIBLE management. No wonder this store has such low star reviews. Cold food, missing items; I'm not the only one. And before corporate attempts to reach out to me, don't. I wouldn't eat this food now for free.

Food was 20 minutes late and cold. Probably due the cheap styrofoam and thin cardboard packaging. They forgot the green beans, the salad was a cheap bag salad and had basically gone bad and was turning brown and slimey and the piece of chicken was very small. Very disappointed. Not worth the hour and a half wait nor the money.

Waited a half hour in the curbside pickup space after letting them know I was there for my online order, then another ten minutes inside when I got fed up and walked in, defeating the purpose of the curbside pickup. Finally got my order, got home and half my meal and both rolls were missing, as well as the side of gravy we ordered. What food we did receive was somehow still warm. Overall very disappointing.

Service was horrible..got our fries without gravy ..by time gravy got to the table fries were soooo cold. They brought new fries but put so much salt on them that i felt so sick afterwards. Chicken was a little under cooked. Was not offered ketchup or anything with our dinner. But they asked the tables beside us. It was just such a horrible experience. At the end they offered us a pie which looks like they dropped it on the floor

Almost 2 years into Covid-19 and Swiss Chalet Welland cannot provide an accurate order. So disappointing. It was ordered on a Sunday night at 8pm. How busy can they be? And that's besides the point. It is their job to make sure a customer gets what they've ordered AND paid for. I ordered a quarter chicken dinner, white meat, with a half rack of ribs, 2 sides of gravy and a bottle of Pepsi Zero. I received a half rack of ribs meal, NO CHICKEN AT ALL, 1 gravy and a regular Pepsi. I asked to add utensils, which they did not. Luckily there was a spare fork at work. They didn't send butter for the roll and the ribs were dry. Food was also cold. Being delivered I expected the food wouldn't be hot, but at least fresh and warm. I called the restaurant right away and nobody is picking up the phone. Tried twice. Not surprised. Terrible service!!!

I visited the Swiss Chalet at Fonthill. I ordered 2 quarters of grilled chicken white meat with Caesar Salad with boiled chicken (firmly said not grilled and not crispy); the girl expressed her understanding. When I received the order, I got shocked from the quality of food. The salad came with grilled chicken which I told not to be, and missing the bread cubes and cheese from toppings. Before changing, the customer should be informed and obtained his consent before getting the order to him. It was bad experience and don't recommend for others .

Ordered through skip the dishes. This is how my mashed potatoes with a side of gravy came? I asked for it on the side not submerged in the mashed potatoes? Absolutely disgusting. Also forgot our drinks in the order. One of the worst restaurants in welland. *I’d also like to add customer service clearly doesn’t see an issue with anything!! Apparently it should be skip the dishes problem!!* I’m sorry I’m pretty sure my delivery driver didn’t do this. It would be the unsanitary staff. Seems to be an ongoing issue at this location.

Ordered takeout/delivery from here a few times. Nice presentation, and tasty chicken. Meets Swiss chalet standards. Yum!!
