★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too expensive for the quality of rooms they supply
Never received any clean towels or bed sheets
Their breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired and it is not open long enough especially on the weekends.
The one good thing is it is a pet friendly motel but you pay for each pet that is travelling with you. They take advantage of being the only pet friendlptel in Welland. Not enough staff to keep up with the housekeeping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the Travelodge in Welland have been great. The room was clean and they gave us pretty much everything we needed to get through the night. They were great when we were in a crisis. The only reason I can’t rate them 5 stars is because there are so many people smoking in here you could almost see it in the hallways. Couldn’t sleep because my throat was raw from breathing the air in this non smoking hotel. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed two nights, in one room, and our friends two nights in another room. Here's the good and bad:
GOOD:
Clean, Quiet, spacious, convenient.
Very Good: Extremely friendly and welcoming staff
BAD;
Look, it's an old hotel, so the wallpaper is peeling off in a few places, and it is showing it's age. Our friend's door lock was not working, causing some inconvenience.
SUMMARY:
Despite the age, they are doing their best and we would stay there again. Especially at that price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pretty good hotel room for price. It had tile floor instead of carpet, which for us is a plus, the heater was good even though it was old, and had free coffee, hot water and cold water as a courtesy. The minor things that we noticed were 1) the bathroom door handle was really old, 2) no toilet paper holder, and 3) the bathroom door banged against the iron.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please Read ?I was so disappointed because I booked a room via reservations.com and they mistakenly enter the wrong number of Adults. They charged from my card. I cancelled it right away after I got the confirmation mail. It is been 34 days and still I'm waiting for my refund. Both the parties claimed that they have done the refund but hadn't gotten it yet.
