★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new hotel was very tastefully decorated and has spacious and very comfortable rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was rainfall style and spacious. The lights in the hallways were green progressive which I appreciated. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had good variety and the pancake machine was very cool. I really enjoyed this hotel stay.

Continental breakfast doesn’t start til 7am and they have no vegan options (not even non dairy milk for the tea). I hope they do better in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location very close to Niagara College. My hotel experience was excellent.. Great staff, very clean room, comfortable beds, plenty of parking space and a overall feeling of cleanliness throughout the hotel. I will definitely be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my Husband came down from Windsor for New Years eve. This is a brand new hotel. Breakfast was amazing! Jason was watching the buffet area, clearing the tables and wiping them down after each guest left, this was amazing and very nice to see during these times. It was also very nice to see Jason offering the guests to remove their trays and garbage. My husband and myself were happy this type of service was offered as this type of service is not offered at other hotels we have stayed at. Keep up the great work all of you, we will becoming back to this hotel for sure!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a weekend getaway. Did not want to stay at crowded area near the falls. Glad we booked this newer hotel in Welland. Our room was clean and breakfast was good. We also used the pool and gym. Plenty of free parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! The aesthetics are different from any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Super clean room, staff was very accommodating to our requests and gave great suggestions on what to check out in Welland/Niagara. My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and definitely will be returning soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel! It’s brand new and has modern finishes. Swimming pool was great and we’ll maintained. Beds were very comfortable and we really loved the choice of soft or firm pillows. It was so helpful to have a laminated TV guide as well. There’s a full hot breakfast in a room off the main lobby and staff take great care to ensure it’s well stocked throughout the morning. The rooms also have a keurig with a selection of coffee, decaf and tea. All for a very affordable price. We had a great stay and would visit again for sure!

Brand new hotel, very modern, very well maintained and very clean, big rooms with all the new amenities, very comfortable. Really nice full hot breakfast with many options for all, the breakfast area was very clean as well.
All of the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our team and our players felt safe.
The hotel was nicely decorated during the holidays.
Keep up the great work, we will be coming back to this hotel for sure!!!
