★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The residence is reasonably priced and rooms were clean. However, the beds in our room were quite firm and it states the rooms sleep 2-4 adults but not comfortably as the beds are only double beds.
It's a good low priced option when just looking for a place to sleep but nothing fancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sink was very dirty. The fridge was dirty. The microwave was gross and the bed sheets looked like they were not changed. I lysoled the room and slept on towels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shared a room as part of a conference I was attending at Niagara College. Check-in was fairly quick, rooms were looked after each day, toiletries were restocked the first day but not the second but I'm sure I could have asked for more if I needed them. Towels are somewhat worn but functional. I've stayed in College dorms before and this one is very similar to others. Great price and very quiet at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant stay here. Room was clean, well (but basic) appointed. Linens and pillows included. A nice shower was found in the bathroom. All bedrooms had a TV. Free coffee and fruit in the morning at the lobby. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were spacious, had a sink and fridge and separated rooms for the beds. It's literally a dorm so, interesting place to stay. Beds were a little firm but I had no trouble sleeping. Great for the price. Free coffee in the morning. Clean, good amenities, no complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed over the weekend for a lacrosse tournament. Perfect rooms to put the kids to bed and socialize with parents. Jack (front desk) was particularly helpful with our room blocking for the group!
