J	J. B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. Advertised as a business travellers hotel but was literally just a student residence with terrible beds, weak water pressure, and thin blinds that kept out no light. It's also in the middle of nowhere. The extra 50 or 75 bucks you think you're saving will only be spent on Uber rides.
M	Maria Varaeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a college residence that is converted into a hotel in the summers. Free breakfast is decent. As a bonus there is always free tea/coffee in the lobby. Only issue is that the free WiFi only works in the lobby.
H	Heather Mclaughlin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not impressed in the condition of the NC dorm...yhe rooms smelled damp and moldy and the rooms have old ripped carpets. To pay almost $7000 in dorm fees to feel like I'm moving in to a delapitated jail cell is disheartening. I should of been able to see the dorm before paying because if I had I wouldn't be staying in residence. It took 3 visits before I was allowed to see a room even though I called a head each time and was told no problem. I am very disappointed in the condition of the rooms (at least the one I was able to see)

I had a very reasonable request regarding an early check-in for out of town guests, and staff and manager were unwilling to consider. Stay away ! Much better options for slightly more money available here in Welland.

However, they are pretty darn big, and you won't really find things that are wrong here. The staff was very very friendly, especially this one guy that came over when we had a slight internet issue. Overall, pretty good service, basic in terms of the place itself.

K	Kim Slote on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure why the picture of this place doesn't match the location....we have major plumbing issue at our house and need local accommodations to shower for a few days. Luckily insurance covers the cost but at almost 100$ per night I find that rate ridiculous for the basic amenities here. The front desk lady was polite and helpful but the facilities are basic and there are no coffee or beverages available except 1 cold drink vending machine and 1 snack vending machine. It appears clean but after a shower when I used the bathmat to dry up a little water on the floor it was obvious the cleaners aren't concerned with the floors. It's too bad really, I wasn't even aware that this place was a hotel option in Welland in the summer months and I was a little excited to check it out but it's far too over priced for the level of amenities. Will take a couple pics and add to review...
