โ โ โ โ โ very dirty rooms and the kitchen, everywhere the dirt and dust it feels like this kitchen has never been cleaned, the windows are all almost in dried up dirt plus it doesnโt close well and I'm afraid to imagine what will happen in the winter as for me the refrigerator is also not big for 4 students on the floor though in such a kitchen, itโs terrible to cook something at all, when cooking the fat that has accumulated on the hood starts dripping on your stove and pan, it's just awful! there is a whole photo report if necessary. And you will also need to bring or buy everything you can because the kitchen is just empty! except microwave and refrigerator

I love the fact I have a private washroom that I can keep clean, and the rooms are more than big enough would 10/10 recommend res on first to anyone!

โ โ โ โ โ The kitchen when I first moved in was disgusting. Surfaces were dirty and sticky, even places that seemingly had no way of getting that way. There were piles of old junk, such as gross plates and broken kitchen knifes from the old renters. The fridge had old and expired food in it, and I found two BUCKETS of empty lighters, that's not an exaduration. The one time I got locked out, the person who came to let me in yelled at me on the phone after calling me during an in person exam I was in. Somehow no one passed along that info to him. After running back to the apartment, I was met by hostility and a $100 fine from him, which the landlord didn't sign off on, and was in its entirety, illigal. I have called the parent company multiple times and left voicemails, being ignored every single time. The internet was nonexistent for the first three months of living here, and no compensation was given, even though internet is a guarantee in the rental agreement. The landlords are very good at pretending to be doing something to solve the issues. Company, building, cleanliness are all 2/10. Don't live here if you can help it, it's not worth the pain.

โ โ โ โ โ The first thing that I should say about this wonderful place is that the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Manager is responsible, kind, wonderful, friendly, sincere, responsive and modest person. However, that isn't all words that I can say about her. That's my first year and so far everything is great. If somebody wants to study at Niagara college, you definitely should consider this place to live in while studying.

โ โ โ โ โ I've had friends share experiences and I've witnessed it when being invited over for study sessions. Often times homes are filled with very dirty tenants or the good people who are cleanly, don't get the service they need.
