★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Block Properties team has been managing my property for one year now. They found me great tenants. As a new landlord I have a lot of questions and concerns. All I have to do is to contact Sonia or Niki and they would always give me a professional advise. I highly recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST management group I have ever had to deal with. Lori was rude, insulting, harassing and threatened myself and my housemates several times. Repairs were not completed in a timely manner or at all. If you are a student stay FAR, FAR AWAY from this company. If I could give this a 0 I would, but that's not possible so I give it a one.

Even during this pandemic situations they are handling things very well. I am very happy to deal with Chris, Lori and Nikki. Definitely recommend them for my family and friends

Chris has been my prime contact so far and he is simply amazing, responds to any of my questions in timely manner. Niki is another person at BLOCK that I have been in contact with and she is very helpful and responds to any queries right away. I have been very pleased with them so far and I hope to use their highly professional services for my future projects and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

very professional property management company. Chris approaches things the way we would. He moves things along quickly, is very responsive to our communications and is solution-oriented. We are transforming a property from literal "shabby to chic" and it is a big undertaking. Chris has been instrumental in helping us transform this place. The transformation is amazing and the price is very fair. The quality of work is excellent. I look forward to a long relationship with Chris and Block Properties. We have had excellent experiences with Niki and Lori as well. We are very , very happy to have discovered Block Properties!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the property managers Lori is very unprofessional. she does not answer her phone or texts and gives no information. I was supposed to move in on the first of the month, upon move in i found my room to be a disaster. when i complained i was met with no response and sent to voicemail when i called. i was not given a key and when asked about it i was met with no response. Embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lori was one of the most unprofessional rude person I have ever experienced. She says you can text her anytime but answers 7 days later same with email (i have proof of this) She also told me to “watch my mouth if I want any help” and I have screenshots of this and screenshots of her threatening me. If you like middle aged women with a lip piercing to make you feel small and unimportant Lori is your gal. Lori is also so unorganized it’s atrocious, when we were viewing houses she forgot the keys to the houses we wanted to see. Block property is garbage with Lori on their team. Get rid of her and maybe you guys can get 2 stars.
