★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible service from both the rental agent and when I called to ask about things the manager called me a rat (for asking about my application...) and at that point I was done with it. Crazy people working here, stay far away if you dont want to have issues with your landlords... they're nuts.
UPDATE: the company replied saying "Mr Nik Wyek was not qualified". That's funny because a) that's not my real name nor the one I used on the application and b) I just purchased a house in St Catharines and was granted a mortgage based on my employment status and income. This company is full of liars and cheats, beware.

No issues with tenant and Turtles is quick to handle any issues that arise. Happily would recommend this company.
