β β β β β Wimpy happens to be the Home Builder. They didn't have a very good reputation in the suburbs of Scarborough back in the mid to late 80s. Therefore you should talk to a homeowner maybe in the Area. Anyway that's why we stayed away from this builder entirely.

β β β β β Lucchetta makes a quality home with superior workmanship. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Gavin Mollica gave us a thorough walkthrough on our predelivery inspection. He pointed out things that we may not have noticed to put on our Tarion List. Everything was move in ready and we were completely wowed. We would highly recommend this builder to our friend and family.

β β β β β Cry about your second rate golf course some more. Your all a bunch of babies. I love how you all act like anyone who moves in will be such trash that it degrades your inflated property value...and frankly your inflated self worth.
People are paying $900,000 for homes down the road from your precious community. We aren't interested in stealing. BBQs of your ground level decks you bunch of geriatrics!
Your not special. You live in Welland. The armpit of Niagara region. Get over yourself. I think all the polluted ground water from Atlas steel has made you slow.
