Placed an online order, paid ahead. The order confirmation clearly said go to the end of the garnish counter and wait for your order. I did this and was yelled at for standing there and told I had to go to the cash register. The cashier was also rude when I explained. Don't be ignorant to people who were following the instructions they were given ?

Been here a handful of times, while the food itself isn't the issue, their service is. Almost always takes forever for my order to be prepared, no matter how many people are in the restaurant. There were only 3 people ahead of me and it took over 20 minutes just to get a single sandwich made, completely unacceptable. Also the staff seem to quite frequently argue amongst themselves behind the counter for everyone to hear, not very professional

Terrible experience, the floors are sticky and the windows are disgusting. Our burgers were ready to be dressed but the kids that is supposed to dress the burgers stands there while our burgers are getting cold rather than announce the order. I had to ask if that was our order. Absolutely no sense of urgency or pride in his work.

Worst drive thru in all of Niagara. Staff seem like they don’t know what they’re doing and are extremely rude, the older women being the worst. Have had them give me attitude at the speaker for asking a question, they have tried speaking to me with the window door closed, have gotten up to the window and the older women will not say a single word to me, also have waited over an hour for 2 burgers and 2 fries with no explanation or apology from the staff. Food is mediocre and usually cold. Never seen such bad customer service in my life, I would avoid this place if I were you.

Placed an order through the app for 550 pick up order wasn’t ready at 550 no biggie. My girlfriend waited 45 minutes for the food for it to be thrown out and then was told that someone picked up the order already. She had to go back in line and explain the situation to the staff of which they argued with her about it and suddenly were able to make the food within minutes. We’re getting Wendy’s next time

Have gone here 3 times (drive thru) in the last month, each time hoping for better experience. 1st time ordered Swiss chalet dinner and got no utensils or napkins - if I wanted Medieval Times experience I would have gone there. Next time, waited forever to get food and order was missing items and still no utensils or napkins. Next time (today) waited for ages after ordering... all food was cold (and of course no utensils or napkins). I am done with this location. That said, drive through staff are always very pleasant.

The bun on my burger today was moldy! I have had a few problems with the food from this location before but this was the last straw. The diet pepsi has tasted like soda water quite a few times. I can never get extra pickles because apparently extra pickles means 1 or 2, extra extra means 2, asking specifically for 4 pickles means 2, and asking for 5 means 2 as well. I guess I am not allowed to have it my way... And previously they gave me a beef burger when I ordered a veggie one. It is truly a good thing I check all the food I get!

Avoid this place..... What I asked for was Lettuce ( they put none) Tomatoes ( they put none) Ketchup ( they put none ) Hot peppers ( they put ONE hot pepper ring) Is this place serious?? And this is how it looks? Did they toss everything across the kitchen and hope for the best???? If I could give zero stars I would. Never have I EVER had this type of garbage service at. Harvey's before.
