Store manager is amazing!! He has outstanding, magnificent and wonderful customer service!

Worst sales rep, not open to discuss any options and on top of that disconnect and hangup before the conversation is finished.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the Virgin Mobile Kiosk at Southgate Centre. We were greeted by a friendly sales associate named Esmail. He explained all the of the black Friday options and explained the process to make sure we wouldn't loose our number with our current provider.
We setup 2 phones, one was a brand new phone with porting both lines and one was bring your own device plan. We were able to save a decent amount from our current billing. Along with receiving the phone we were also offered free ghost armour for our phones to ensure more longevity for our devices.
I would recommend seeing Esmail for all of your phone needs.

The “store manager Jag” was amazing !!! He made sure that all our questions were answered, took extra time to explain everything in detail and was not pushing for sale at any moment. We would definitely recommend this place for any of your phone needs.
