Great selection of high-end suitcases, bags, and accessories for travel. If Samsonite is Toyota for baggage goods, Tumi could be considered the Lexus (Samsonite owns Tumi after all). The briefcases are outstanding. Helpful sales team.

I received a TUMI bag during Christmas from a friend whom continue to brainwash me to joining the TUMI gang because he enjoys their products so much. However this bag I received was too small to fit my pilot gears, so I went to this chinook store and hope to exchange for a larger product. The exchange was denied because the bag had one small scratch on the leather, and no receipt. What's more upsetting was the manager's tone was so condescending that she was questioning my integrity when I said the item was new. The last time I've experienced something similar was at Sears 8 years ago. (Later I found out I arrived 5:20pm, 10 mins before her shift ends. In that case, I'd forgive her for being condescending, because a minute spent on me means 2 more minutes stuck in traffic.) Upon more findings, I found Harry Rosen's sales team could sell TUMI products and respect their customers at the same time; Nordstorm could sell TUMI products and have a generous return policy with no time limit and no questions asked. Both stores are within a walkable distance of 2 mins. TUMI really did a great job controlling servicing quality and expanded brand awareness by opening up their own full-price premium stores. Great job driving these traffic to your partners! Oh yeah, sales from your partners are going to drive healthy EBITDA next year too! And yeah, Tim Parker from Samsonite will think TUMI store network is a great success, from EBITDA. Nobody would ever find out your staff is your brand's biggest bottleneck. At the end of the day, I went to the good old HR, found a luggage called Rimowa that fits all my travel gears together. I am so easily pleased. Terrible customer service with an okay product for its price range. I was on a hunt for a backpack carry-on convertible that could fit a good portion of my heavy textbooks for school, have good supports and was easily converted to a carry-on. When got to the store to buy this bag the lady was trying to sell me a lightweight backpack with no supports and was too small for my book needs. The sells rep kept pressuring me to buy this expensive bag that did meet my needs, and when I told her that I am not buying today because I wanted to match compare with multiple stores. To prevent ending up with a backpack that causes pain, and that's not functional she became defensive of her product and kept insisting I buy the 415$ backpack today. I ended coming to store after school (University) with my textbooks the same lady insisted that I purchase the pack even though it did not fit two textbooks with a notebook, and laptop.

Donna was our sales contact. She was polite and very helpful. She took the time to discuss our needs and options with little pressure to purchase. We will be back soon to buy, and appreciated her professionalism to her customers and the brand.

I was treated like royalty at this store. They really know the products inside and out. Very impressive experience.

Exceptional customer service from Donna and Bobbi. They are both so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. You get what you pay for when it comes to product quality and customer experience.

While Tumi is more expensive than some other products, you get great value for your purchase based on quality materials and quality design. The staff also take the time to get to know you enough to ensure you get the actual product you need and want, making the whole process very enjoyable. I consider them friends, not sales clerks
