And it would be great if there was a seating area in the shop (directly to the left when you walk in) with books/magazines & local information. Potential customers wanting to buy a bike need to think it over a bit before buying. But other than that, this is a great bike shop for self-supported cyclists to stop at. It's ID #15 on the Bike Across Canada Route Network 'Approved Bicycle Shop' list

I use it to grab smaller items like tubes, tools and the occasional clothing for cycling. Yesterday, I dropped in after work with my cyclocross bike. I felt it needed a tune up at minimum after a long winters use...As it turned out, it did indeed and they fixed it up very nicely with some new brake pads (mine were on their last legs) and some new grease etc...I'm very happy with the service I and the bike received! It rides like new and I certainly felt like the treatment and service I got was fair and professional...It'll remain as my go to for heavier maintenance jobs.

The first guy helping us seemed a bit lost and not used to the renting prices (his job was mainly in the repair part of the job), but he was very nice and willing. On our way back however a more experience vendor (or the owner ?) was back, way more on top of things, super knowledgeable and was truly helpful. It was our first time on an ebike and we loved it! Prices are reasonable and the equipment felt safe. All in all we had a great day exploring the city thanks to our bikes!

No song and dance about how busy they were or that I should make an appointment for a couple of weeks hence; just "We can do what you need in less than an hour. Why don't you leave the bike here." "Sure you can get it back in ... " And they were quick and the job was done really professionally both times. I'm really glad these folks are in my neighbourhood or I would have missed them. And the price they charged me was incredibly good too!!

Walked 2 km to the other location only to be told we needed to then walk another km to this location for E Bike rentals. After that the experience was great. Don't trust Google. Call ahead.

Eloi, the mechanic, did a great job sorting out my problem promptly and at a reasonable price while explaining clearly what the problem was. Highly recommended for repair, and looks like they have a wide range of rental bikes plus gear in house. Bonus there is a great coffee shop, cafe and deli next door.
