★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under the bc distrubution and liquor control act. U may lawfully pay deposit on 50ml sample on same brand but different size of purchase .
On more than 3 different purchases at the clearbrook.(trethewey/sth fraser store) location the staff have removed the sample and refused to allow with payment /purchase. deposit on the 50ml sample stating that it is not legal to place sample on same brand of purchase but different size. That is not not according to bc liquor laws.
