★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People think it is a full restaurant. You go to get a coffee and people are ordering 50 dollars in soups and sandwiches and you end up waiting 15 to 20 minutes just to get served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the absolute dirtiest, grimy gross Tim hitting I’ve ever been to.. smelled like dirty animals, donut frosting everywhere even on the computers it looks like the machines haven’t been cleaned in months. If a health inspector went in here and saw what I saw today this place would get a hearty fine. I hope the owner sees this because you need to hire better staff. Disgusting. Ps I never leave bad reviews and have lived all across Canada so the fact that this is the worse Tim hitting is a really bad thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of fugging time. I specifically ordered online because I thought they would be sold out of Tim Biebs.
Go to the store and they're out, so I have to get a refund. They have six doughnuts and a few cinnamon buns to sell. I thought this was a doughnut shop?
Screw Tim Hortons. There's a reason why I only go here, in average, once a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many workers... Waited forever for a simple order. Not the only ones. Server didn't toast the bread for my chili.. never served bread this way with just a loaf cut in half.. normally I'd get an entire piece of bread at least in all the Tim Hortons from Calgary.. he was also rude and unapologetic.... Need to train staff more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience at this location. We ordered our drinks and breakfast sandwiches - no complaints there. Then we were sitting and waiting for our order, multiple people also had ordered and were waiting. There was a couple people behind the cash, and then one guy doing something with Timbits. There was no one at the station making food - mind you this was around 9:30am on a Tuesday morning. Finally I asked the girl at the cash, she looked around (don’t know how she wouldn’t have realized no one was there) and went to the back to grab someone.
A guy came out (with gloves already on) and proceeded to start quickly making the orders. Who knows what he was doing in the back… his gloves should’ve been changed as soon as he came out. Didn’t even get a chance to say anything since he was quickly moving to try and help the backlog of orders. I was definitely turned off…would not return to this location.
