★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blandest and most American-tasting disappointment of a Mexican fast-food chain. I'm sort of amazed how bad that chicken burrito was. And they're trying to pass taters as a flipping side, like I can't order off the kids menu.
Honestly what even is that terrible sauce you include... It's not salsa.
Nice staff, best part of experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on DoorDash, came with taco cold. Can tell the Beef was not good quality. The sauce was applied unevenly and tasted gross. Couldn't even finish. Won't be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Taco Time with my husband, and witnessed an owner engaging in bad business by asking an employee to stand on a food prep counter in her socks. This is both a violation of food safety standards and employee safety!!! Both contamination and the risk of slipping off the counter due to no traction are very real in this behavior! We need owners to care WAY MORE about health and safety and less about the quick fix. He also refused to give the store number when I confronted him about my concerns then proceeded to film me as I walked away to the guest services counter. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the fish taco meal here and it was a sad attempt. It was basically a soft taco wrapped around 90% lettuce, a sprinkling of hot sauce and a puny soggy previously frozen fish stick. On the good side the place very clean and organized, and the food was made very quick with friendly staff. Next time perhaps I'll try the burritos or tacos instead
