Had the big spendy burger with deep fried pickles, super tasty and very filling. Still full a few hours later. Thank you for the great meal

She remade the order and delivered it herself. That kind of service is amazing and gives me faith with the human race. Thank you Laura . I ordered my food online and got a confirmation message that my food would be ready at 6:01pm...I get there at 6:03pm and they tell me my food is just being packed up and it shouldn't be long. They ask me to wait outside and so I do. 15 minutes pass and still no food...I go back in after 20 minutes of waiting outside and ask if my order is almost ready and they tell me yes it is ready just getting it all packed up. I tell them I was told it was being packed up 20 minutes ago and after they go back to the kitchen to check they reply with a simple, "yep it's being packed up right now. I'll bring it to you outside when it's ready." Another 10 minutes pass (a total of 30 minutes after my original pick up time) and they finally come out with my food and when I mention that I was told 30 minutes ago that my food was being packaged up, the hostess simply said that it took longer because they were checking that there were no almonds (due to an allergy). As you can see in the text confirmation below and the top of the first photo of my receipt, I ordered my food at 5:38pm and that it would be ready at 6:01pm. They manually write on the receipt 6:08...? Not sure if that is when they put my order in or if that was when it was ready but I did not receive my food until 6:35...an hour after I ordered and 30 minutes past my pick up time. No one apologized for my food being so late and made up an excuse as to why it took them 30 minutes to "pack up' my order....sorry Bin 4 but you lost a loyal customer tonight and I am throughly disappointed in the lack of customer service.
B	Brendan Heath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure YOU check your own order when picking up. In the last three orders from here I have had a MAJOR mistake. Tonight, no chicken in my blackened chicken salad (also other ingredients missing). They’re order checkers can not be trusted to do their job. I understand that they’re busy, my order was thirty minutes late coming out, I got an apology and some free desserts, which was nice. I was offered gift cards, to come back and get a new meal or have my salad refunded. The manager was polite and I insisted on a larger refund. Staffing in restaurants is tough these days but this is an easy thing to get right, do better. Also fix your quote times online for online ordering, no one likes waiting 30 extra minutes at the busy entrance of a restaurant for their food.

Staff is friendly and service is good. Recommend to book reservation on weekend evenings. Good to visit in happy hours as any burgers are usually 11$ if we order alcoholic drink with it. Large seating options with big heated patio available. Ample parking available.

When i felt that urge to tap out, there was more experience to be had. I eat a lot of burgers, mostly my own concoctions. THIS was better than my cooking and i gladly admit to that. Grade-A, top-shelf food. Fantastic work Bin 4! Don’t forget to tip your server or the person taking the payment - most places are tip sharing so it goes to everyone. TIP at LEAST 20%.
